As AlbertoDevLabs is strictly a hobby project selling digital goods (software, licences and STL files) that cannot be "returned" once downloaded, we do not offer refunds of any kind.

As also stated in our Legal Disclaimer, all products are provided "as is" (As-Is). By purchasing or downloading any material from this site, you explicitly accept this policy and waive your right of withdrawal, as the digital product is delivered immediately.

If you run into a serious problem, or a file turns out to be corrupted during download from Lemon Squeezy, contact us through the support page or at the email address shown on this site. We will do our best to help you solve the technical issue, but we reiterate that refunds are not available.
